This writing is from my personal observance...

This writing has become entangled in my heart and thoughts since many years.

In fact, I could write this some years ago. However...

However, interior hesitations did not allow: I thought that you have to consider yourself quite ready to talk about great persons. In case that I am not ready to take such a responsibility I did not want to look as one of the people who appear in writing ground. Fist of all it would be treason for my word and myself...

Now at the beginning of the way I think to myself that it is better that happened so.

I went to Moscow when rivals of Ilham Aliyev, that times the first vice president of State Oil Company and future statesman, worrying about his sparkle political perspective, were holding calumniation campaign and giving false information at the press. I published a big article under the title of "There is no fact, then let us fabricate" in "RUSSIAN NEWSPAPER", one of the influential publications of Russia . And I express my gratitude to some publications of our republic for joining me by publishing the article. Afterwards I saw that this writing did not cover my feelings and love. However, the life insists that it needs to continue observances and write. I could not accomplish my notes while he was the prime minister of Azerbaijan Republic . Then some features in Ilham Aliyev"s political propitiate remained unfounded for me.

However, today...

I already write about the president of Azerbaijan .

Now I ask myself such a question:

Who has bigger right to be the author of this article?

Does this write belong to the Azerbaijan president who consistently rises to the top of power in the image of state leader following all features of his political propitiate?

Does this right belong to the master of the pen noting his/ her feelings after observance of president's activity?

No... This right does not belong to me because the moral author of this article is the president of Azerbaijan .

Platon waited justice, wise ness and strong power to combine for happiness of people living at that time.

We have waited for that mourning for a long time. With belief of seeing this mourning we have suffered to gain blood and powder smell and got through the darkness to get warmer by the sun brightening that mourning.

Azerbaijan people already see the sky where the day breaks and the sun rises.

There is a concrete result not to regret for trouble and hardship, which we got. This is Independent Azerbaijan Republic that blossoms, grows, progresses and takes its position among developing countries.

But, is this all we gained?

And what about existence of reality of unity of Justice, Wisdom and Powerful Government in Azerbaijan - we turned this reality also to gain of all mankind!...

The bases of our state is established by Heydar Alirza oglu, with his building, architective hands, the founder of independent Azerbaijan state, giving his life as a sacrifice to people and so, statehood chronicle of Azerbaijan is founded.

After taking out Independent Azerbaijan State that his masterpiece to clear, light way, Heydar Aliyev is a permanent resident of eternal life, world truth becoming listless with peace of mindof his hard labour... Let his soul be happy!..

Nassaraddin Tusi writes in his book of "Axlagi-Nasir": Instance of father's origin is tanned to his son by God's power of wisdom."

May be it is also a wisdom of God: The powerful hands of great person standing on the shoulders of the trustful guarantor of our future, Azerbaijan President Mr. Ilham Aliyev as angel, is still improving our life, strenghthening, making our state developed in his image and lead us toward hopeful, bright mornings...

The searchers to hold a inquiry into the leading term of Ilham Aliyev in Azerbaijan some years later, will begin apparently with this epigraph: "I will be a president of each Azerbaijan citizen!..."

This declaration made in the inauguration ceremony expresses priorities specified by Ilham Aliyev distinctly.

The leading hero of his presidency activity is Azerbaijan people - each Azerbaijan citizen not depending on nationality, religion, political view.

And what to do that he should live better than yesterday's, possess more opportunities than yesterday's, and look future more hopeful than yesterday's? These questions are not only rhetoric in the activity of Ilham Aliyev, but also clear purposes becoming reality day by day.

Social-economical development of regions, opening of thousands of jobs, progress of country economy... May be our evil-wishers pursed their lips? What? Is it impossible?! Because Ilham Aliyev can turn reality that others consider them abstract and impossible. May be his leading power is in it?

For God's sake, let us not seek mystic here. All these are the real results of enough clear, fundamental, distinct conception, decree and orders signed, in a word, concrete works carried out. These results are reflected in increasing of wages, pensions and salaries of citizens in several times, opening of thousands of jobs and other facts.

Certain rise in state budget for 2005 is one of these results. The figures in budget represents the economical reality in all spheres so exactly that while looking into them, you may see the great heart of President full of kind and sympathy to his people behind this dry, lifeless statistics.

To see the execution of decrees, meeting with people regularly, visiting regions, continuing an active intercourse with people and other acts taken by Ilham Aliyev are return of our thousands year traditions

Today, we can see the official automobile of president going among the citizens' automobiles. See and already don't get surprised...

But yesterday he came across you in the certain direction of city - metro, street, or park-among people, as a close friend asked your state, interested in your life, problems, difficulties, and gave order to solve them immediately.

On other day, he would knock at the door of an Azerbaijan citizen living in the most outlying village of the most remote region, and have a cup of tea and cut a piece of bread...

All these adapts frankness, humanism of Ilham Aliyev and shows his full natural treatment.

His coming is always expectable - as a dear member not stopping his connection to his family.

Azerbaijan citizen calls his name when in difficult position, wants support from him. Call him help. He knows that his call will not remain unanswered. Help by Azerbaijan President to simple men will soon reach in any form...

During the collapse of building in Lankaran, the moment I observed influenced on me greatly. It was just Azerbaijan President that came to the place of accident, gave concrete tasks to settle the problem, and calmed injured men.

It can not be considered only as execution of state duty but also this is trust of each citizen that he will not stand agains problems he faced, because he has President...

Azerbaijan President is a noble man. Humanist. He set thousands of prisoners free with his inner humanism in his presidency with the amnesty decree. He lighted lots of homes. Brought happiness to lots of families, hearth....

Revanchism spirit is far from his character. He has no spite. He is kind, can forgive with the hope of not repeating guilty. And does not permit these steps rising from pure human feelings become an element of political propaganda.

In general, Azerbaijan President is against extreme propaganda. He does not need political technologists, political technologies to form his image. He is his technologist because of his works did for People and State and as a result, his growing influence and esteem.

But all these do not mean his negation of the role of mass media and publicity media in the community. He values the efforts of independent media greatly in the direction to provide democracy and pluralism in society. And the relation of state leader with the fourth government is based on these contexts.

Ilham Aliyev is an interesting interlocutor for journalists. Our president talks to journalists frankly. In different events he spends enough time for journalists waiting anxiously his briefing, and considers it his duty to answer the questions of different journalists from different media. Ilham Aliyev catches distinctly what the journalist asks. Answering only those questions, he does not give a place for additional information.

The life and activity of President is transparent for President. His clear lines, political erudition, rich knowledge and ability, intellectual level, analytic thinking manner, self-confidence, self-control, exactness, kindness in his biography ends with the moral-spiritual qualities rising from his family education.

Birth and bringing up in the family of great person makes detailed conversation about his personal character, morality, relation to our history, national-spiritual wealth, education, intellect, his view on life unnecessary.

Azerbaijan President is polyglot.

Ability to speak in different languages is always considered great ability in all times. At his time Seyid Azim Shirvani also called his son to possess some languages: "If we don't know language, we don't have way out..."

Today Azerbaijan President speaks in some foreign languages fluently. He combines the great cultures created in different languages in his person.

Ilham Aliyev's endless love to our native language is an obvious example for our some natives that are indifferent their language.

Ilham Aliyev is a good orator. Depending on the character of audience, he uses the different stylistic norms of Azerbaijan language. To tell simply, he can speak to anybody in his language.

Conforming his speech to his gestures President has a great chance to influence thoughts of auditory. His logical, successive, fluent, according to the norms and principles of speech habits are memorable.

All these show his personal attitude to Azerbaijan language as a citizen. But there are also a lot of facts that put President Position to this issue. Let us touch upon one. Signing order on re-edition of the books written in Cyrillic into Latin he returned our great culture, national wealth that, we faced to lose, to us and our descendants. His perfect visual appearance on tribunes and televisions opens fully for audience.

The charisma of Azerbaijan President as a political figure ends with his wearing taste, aristocratic treatment.

Ilham Aliyev teaches Azerbaijan youth culture with his activity, expresses love to motherland, sacred wealth of motherland. Shows how to use of abundance of land and protect it. Inspires the ideas of education of Azerbaijan youth and preparing as a perfect man. He takes care of sport to turn it public tradition for the healthy generation. Sport has become an interesting hobby for Ilham Aliyev from his early ages. He is the most well-wisher and attentive fan. His coming to stadiums, sport halls increase our sportsmen's victory resolve, their responsibility naturally. His hot, careful attitude to Azerbaijan culture, science-education, Azerbaijan intellectuals are not only Ilham Aliyev's habit, but also his natural characters.

Nobody played even little role in the thought of Azerbaijan public-political-cultural history is unmemorable for him. These persons receive letter of congratulation, phone call of Azerbaijan President in their birthdays, historical moments in their life and they may expect his decree on different awards. Such letter will reach undoubted, such call will be done absolutely, such decree will be issued absolutely....

Azerbaijan President lives with the problems of refugees and deported persons, keeps in touch to them regularly, takes care of them and consoles them with his hot attitude, kind acts. Newly constructed settlements for refugees, roads, schools lights his way and life.

He is devoted to the national traditions. Not depending on status, he always keeps behaving accordingly.

Confidence in men, not denying the estimation that they are worthy, tender humoristic sense - all these increase attraction of Ilham Aliyev's political aura.

Ilham Aliyev is more attentive to persons attending different meetings. While meeting the citizens, he is never indifferent to their complaints, presented appeals. He expresses his kind attitude to the persons who need his help, have intercourse with them.

Any conversation with Azerbaijan President does not pass in the hard spiritual atmosphere. As he feels surrounding men's confusion or their psychological obstacle, he tries to take over such state of theirs with his specific humour and gains it.

I saw such a case in the foyer of Milli Mejlis - in the opening ceremony of Heydar Aliyev's bust. After the ceremony finished for taking over the general condolence coming to deputies Ilham Aliyav said "Let me know how my past deputy mates are?" He forgave world to us on that day with his frank conversation and nice smile.

There is also a certain distance in the humanist relations of Azerbaijan President. But this distance is not against men, on the contrary, it is risen by great respect to them. President's serious, moving look conforms to his restrained treatment. President's official activity is made by exact protocol rules. In the meetings held by him, Ilham Aliyev pays serious attention to them.

Besides, notions of work and free time have been concretely determined in Ilham Aliyev's activity. In the non-working and unofficial cases, he prefers usual clothes, even likes to go to meet with people.

Ilham Aliyev is a plain person. He always gets rid of unnecessary luxury. The same moral features are also observed in his family. Ilham Aliyev has become restorer of a progressive tradition in the country life with their participation in Azerbaijan 's cultural-social life. This tradition - comes from Tomiris, Burla khatun, Banuchichak, Nushaba khanum, Sara khatun the first Diplomat woman in the East, Tuti Bika, Khurshudbanu Natavan, Zarifa khanim. The members of Azerbaijan President's family are protector of our national culture, Great Patrons of orphans, ill, invalid children. Their coming with plentiful presents each time becomes a holiday for orphans need mercy and kindness. This moment is also one of the thoughts of Ilham Aliyev and it is noted as a necessary stroke in his political portrait.

President has own working manner with personnel. He can assemble talented and strong-willed, working persons to his surround rejoice over their successes and compromise their small shortcomings expressing with his necessary cavil.

The last conference of Azerbaijan President with government members became unmemorable for me with its characteristic features. In the concrete moments of assembly it was spoken about the some Minister's conflict on media, their emotional attitudes.

Ilham Aliyev expressed his attitude to this fact, without changing his voice, without calling name and signed such government members that they are about in one step to designation. He said that everyone has to be in his place. Everyone took his share from President's reserved hint.

And this gave its effect not less than noisy, serious notice.

He seriously controls fulfilment of every task that he gives.

He is decisive, energetic and patience in his activity. He is not mistaken in making decisive decisions. Republic president is cold blooded and restraint in his reaction to important evens in and out country. He evaluates new events with his diplomatic experience, within the framework of interests of Azerbaijan . Moreover, all these take place in time.

"I take responsibility for the future of people and country. It is my way and conscious choice, and I shall do my best to justify confidence of people" said the president.

Is there need for additional commitment?

As a leader, liberalism and reformism elements take its great importance among political views of Ilham Aliyev.

President's preferring to liberal values in his activity can be considered successful for Azeri society, while inclinations to radicalism are becoming stronger in the modern world. Legal state formation, free market economy regulated within the framework of laws and the development of democratic values are striking in his policy.

He determined the development of entrepreneurship as a leading factor to gain progress on all spheres of Azerbaijan state.

This position of president - finds its affirmation with his personal support to foreign and local entrepreneurs, liberalization of legislation on entrepreneurship activity due to his initiative and other such measures.

His talented manoeuvres that he carries out among secret-obvious contradictions between west and north, artisanship to benefit from these contradictions for the realization of interests of Azerbaijan , which keeps the way to the integration to Euro Atlantic structures are appropriate to his diplomatic methods. This style generates from Heydar Aliyev"s political and diplomatical school.

The destiny of Azerbaijan appeared with Daqliq Qarabaq grief.

Ilham Aliyev knows well that only he must find remedy of this grief and free this sorrow load knotted in the bottom of our hearts. It is very difficult work...

However, is there happiness bigger than to be remembered as a president who returns Daqliq Qarabaq to us?

His position on solution of Daqliq Qarabaq conflict is serve and unchanged. " Daqliq Qarabaq problem only must be settled within the framework of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and international right norms".

Is not it enough?

It is the implacability of a determined warlord, a patriotic statesman and a professional diplomat with soil loses!...

We are against wars, bloody slaughters and tragedies. We do not want the death!...

Our people waits for the order of commander in chief to fight for Daqliq Qarabaq.

However, hopes to rationally settle Daqliq Qarabaq conflict without human loses have not been over. For the realization of these hopes, president thinks over the existing opportunities. Azerbaijan looks through and picks out different attendances to put away tragedy and give people opportunity to conveniently live in the world.

Still there are different ways in front. There is a reality that one of these ways must lead to freedom of Qarabaq.

Measures recently taken to strengthen our army and increasing of financial support allocated for defence by the state budget are guarantee for this. Ilham Aliyev"s patriotic love that he prefers to everything also confirms this. Original Azerbaijanian and original citizen position are these. He is restraint and away from emotions. He does not follow the events and does not pay attention to article of disinformation character, fabricated political events. He considers himself on a accurate way and continues his work. He demonstrates great patience in front of the opposition, which tries to hold moral terror campaign against him, and writes aspersion.

In comparison with counterpropaganda policy and violation of ethical norms of country opposition, Ilham Aliyev is supporter of normal, clear and civil dialogues among political forces and clearly shows this issue in his activity.

He has made concert proposals to discuss conflicts between power and opposition. The time changing realities and terms puts "Rekiviem" of Motsart on their false and absurd ideas. Azeri people are solitary with their leader.

Azerbaijan state develops and progresses every day with its president. If somebody wants not to be away, can come and express love and devotion to leader.

The history grows its leader, and people love and support their leader, come together around him and rise....

A creative satisfactory settles into my heart from overturning my thoughts as a article about the leader fact who establishes new Azerbaijan . However, in all cases it was lovely feelings of an Azeri intellectual who determines that the objective evaluation of people and events is a main measure for himself.

I think that details which I described did not cover political propitiate of Ilham Aliyev at all.

Please, say, is not every day a new feature for human propitiates? ...
